This year, the show is being held on May 5th and 6th, when Fort Lauderdale Beach will see The US Air Force Thunderbirds descend upon it. Apart from the Thunderbirds, the visitors to the show will also get to witness the heroics of The GEICO Skytypers and the A-10 Demo Team with its air combat command aerial events.

How to Attend the Fort Lauderdale Air Show

For being a part of this show, you will need to buy the tickets, which are on sale now. The patrons may opt for the Drop Zone Beach or for the Flight Line Club VIP experience. The Drop Zone Beach tickets are currently available at deep discounts and include perks such as access to the Aerial 50 Yard Line and a complimentary event program.

Furthermore, you can also buy food and drinks including beer and wine, to ensure that you have first class experience.

However, to take your experience to a whole new level, you might want to press the button for Flight Line Club VIP experience. This option allows you enjoy the action from the comfort of your beach chair, which is conveniently sheltered by a tent.

The patrons under this category are provided with lunch during the show. You get the privilege of VIP parking in Birch State Park and from there, you are escorted to the VIP area in Golf Carts. If that’s not enough, then you also get to attend an event program where you can meet and greet the pilots and jumpers.

On top of this, you may also be a part of the Ticketing and Access Control team.
